By signing below, I expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that all payments shall be made in United States funds and that the “Buy 2, Get 1 Tuition Free” promotion is subject to Klemmer’s tuition refund and transfer policies in effect at the time of purchase. In order to qualify for this promotion, I must purchase two (2) seats at $495 each, totaling $990, in a single transaction. Upon completion of this purchase, I will be entitled to receive a third (3rd) seat at no additional charge. All three (3) seats will be credited to the purchaser’s Klemmer account profile, with the two (2) purchased seats deemed paid in full and the third (3rd) seat deemed a scholarship seat. Promotion valid through December 31st, 2025.
I further acknowledge that any private financial arrangements between myself and individuals receiving seats, including but not limited to amounts charged, methods of payment, discounts, or reimbursements, are solely between those parties, and that Klemmer bears no responsibility or liability for such arrangements. I understand and agree that Klemmer is not responsible for ensuring that any recipient of a seat attends the seminar for which tuition is intended, and if the designated recipient does not attend, the tuition may be transferred to another recipient or back to the original donor, subject to Klemmer’s policies. I further understand and agree that all amounts paid to Klemmer for tuition become Klemmer’s earned revenue immediately upon receipt. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the foregoing terms and conditions.
All tuition is non-refundable upon the earlier of 180 calendar days from the initial payment date or 30 calendar days after fully attending all three days consecutively of the Personal Mastery (“PM”) Training in a single weekend class. Klemmer cannot accept checks dated within 10 business days of the Personal Mastery start date listed on this form. Class size may be limited, and full payment is required to hold your seat. If you cannot attend the class as scheduled, tuition may be applied to a future Personal Mastery. To request a refund on eligible tuition, you must send a written request with proof of payment to our Personal Mastery Department at personalmastery@klemmer.com or call 1-800-577-5447.
If you attend all three days of the Personal Mastery consecutively and feel you gained no personal or professional value, Klemmer will refund your entire tuition. To qualify, you must have attended all sessions of the training consecutively, submitted a written refund request within 30 days of completing Personal Mastery, and provided proof of payment.
This is a personal growth training and is in no way a medical model designed to fix psychological problems. It is intended to support you in attaining the success and fulfillment you desire. This promotion and policy are void where prohibited by law.
