Teens preparing for their
Youth Leadership Camp is a six-day course specifically designed for empowering teens ages 12-17, and helping them develop tools to create an exciting future. Exercises in this course are combined from the Personal Mastery and Advanced Leadership courses, but are tailored to speak to the hearts and minds of young adults. Your teen receives the knowledge from two adult courses in one fun-filled week with other teens preparing for their future.
At Youth Leadership Camp, your teen will discover the value of working as a team with their peers. They will learn to trust others and develop trustworthiness in themselves. Teens will learn how resistance (to their parents, teachers, responsibilities, etc) affects a cycle of resentment in their lives. They will also have experiences that will allow them to reconcile painful experiences that have been holding them back. As in all levels of training, teens will learn about the power of belief systems, known as sunglasses, and learn to recognize and remove the belief systems that are preventing them from the life and future they want.
Youth Leadership Camp is led by the President & CEO of Klemmer, Kimberly Zink. Kimberly is also the Lead Facilitator of our Advanced Leadership Seminar; she is an international speaker and executive level coach with international accreditation.
Klemmer is proud to offer The Samurai Game® within some of our programs. Kimberly Zink is certified to facilitate The Samurai Game® as created by author, George Leonard, and in accordance with permissions granted by The Leonard Family Trust, owner of this simulation.
