PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. 

REFUND POLICY

Champions Workshop: Not refundable except in the event of class cancellation. 

Personal Mastery: In order to qualify for a refund from Personal Mastery you get to attend all sessions of all three days of the seminar. When you attend the training in full, if you decide that within 30 days after the course you have created no value from attending, you may make a written request for a refund from our office and provide proof of payment. At that point Klemmer will refund the tuition amount in which you paid for the class. If you enrolled for your Personal Mastery using the payment plan option, the initial deposit paid per person is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have chosen this option, failure to complete the terms of the payment plan voids any discount associated with this offer. Klemmer cannot accept checks dated within 10 business days of the start date associated with the Personal Mastery identified on this form. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to hold your seat. Should you be unable to attend the Personal Mastery as identified herein all tuitions can be used to attend a Personal Mastery at a future time. To request a refund on eligible tuitions, our policy requires you to send a letter requesting the refund and proof of payment to our corporate offices attn: Accounting Department. For refunds, please call the Personal Mastery department at 1-800-577-5447. 

Advanced Leadership Seminar: The initial $500.00 of your Advanced Leadership Seminar (“ALS”) tuition is non-refundable upon receipt by Klemmer. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 5 business days of completing Personal Mastery to be eligible for any discount offered at Personal Mastery after which the full tuition applies. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve your seat at ALS. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made. If you are unable to attend ALS on the date specified on this form, your fully paid tuition can be used to attend ALS at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the ALS department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. This is a personal growth seminar. It is in no way a medical model designed to fix psychological problems. It is about you attaining the success that you desire. 

 

Modification Fee Policy: Once a student has confirmed the Advanced Leadership Seminar ("ALS") date that the student is attending a Seminar class with Klemmer Administrative Staff, that date is the student’s Seminar Attendance Date. A student may modify the Seminar Attendance Date one time free of charge. Any subsequent modification of the Seminar Attendance Date will result in an administrative Modification Fee charged to the student, which Modification Fee shall be paid by the student before the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled. If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to an earlier date (brought forward), the student shall pay a Modification Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to a later date (postponed), the Modification Fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Heart of the Samurai: The initial $500.00 of your Heart of the Samurai Seminar (“Heart”) tuition is non-refundable upon receipt by K&A. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 15 business days of completing the Advanced Leadership Seminar (“ALS”) to be eligible for any discount offered at ALS after which the full tuition applies. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve your seat at Heart. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made. If you are unable to attend Heart on the date specified on this form, your fully paid tuition can be used to attend Heart at a future time. All requests for re funds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the Heart department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. This is a personal growth seminar. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve your seat at Samurai Camp. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made. If you are unable to attend Samurai on the date specified on this form, your fully paid tuition can be used to attend Samurai Camp at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Playful Mastery: The initial $100.00 payment of Playful Mastery tuition is non-refundable upon receipt by Klemmer. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 10 business days of the date of any offered discount to be eligible for the discount after which the full tuition applies. Klemmer cannot accept checks dated within 10 business days of the start date of the Playful Mastery identified on this form. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve a seat. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made or once the family identified on this form has begun the Playful Mastery, whichever is first to occur. If the family identified on this form is unable to attend Playful Mastery on the date specified on this form, the fully paid tuition can be used to attend Playful Mastery at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Youth Leadership Camp: The initial $500.00 payment of Youth Leadership Camp ("YLC") tuition is non-refundable upon receipt by Klemmer. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 10 business days of the date of any offered discount to be eligible for the discount after which the full tuition applies. Tuition must be paid in full before YLC begins. Klemmer cannot accept checks dated within 10 business days of the start date of the YLC identified on this form. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve a seat at YLC. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made or once the teen identified on this form has begun the camp, whichever is first to occur. If the teen identified on this form is unable to attend YLC on the date specified on this form, the fully paid tuition can be used to attend YLC at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the YLC department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. In completing this enrollment form, I acknowledge and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the tuition/refund policy.

Youth Leadership Camp 2.0: The initial $500.00 payment of Youth Leadership Camp 2.0 (“YLC 2.0”) tuition is non-refundable upon receipt by Klemmer. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 10 business days of the date of any offered discount to be eligible for the discount after which the full tuition applies. Tuition must be paid in full before YLC 2.0 begins. Klemmer cannot accept checks dated within 10 business days of the start date of the YLC 2.0 identified on this form. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve a seat at YLC 2.0. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made or once the teen identified on this form has begun the camp, whichever is first to occur. If the teen identified on this form is unable to attend YLC 2.0 on the date specified on this form, the fully paid tuition can be used to attend YLC 2.0 at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the YLC department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. In completing this enrollment form, I acknowledge and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the tuition/refund policy.

SEMINAR CLASS RESCHEDULING POLICY

Klemmer Seminars (“Seminars”) are scheduled in advance to both provide each student with a choice of class dates to attend a Seminar and to allocate the necessary resources per student to ensure each Seminar class takes place. As part of the enrollment process, students choose a Seminar Attendance Date at the time of enrollment in the Advanced Leadership Seminar (“ALS”), Heart of the Samurai (“HOS), and Samurai Camp (“SC”) Seminars, which date is confirmed with Klemmer Administrative Staff telephonically after the student enrolls. Once the Seminar Attendance Date is confirmed, Klemmer allocates the per student resources to that specific Seminar class. Klemmer makes a significant financial investment per student for each Seminar class. Rescheduling a confirmed Seminar Attendance Date results in significant cost to Klemmer. Klemmer also acknowledges that students may, from time to time, choose to reschedule a confirmed Seminar Attendance Date. Klemmer’s Seminar class rescheduling policy is as follows:        

 

1.          Once a student has confirmed the date that the student is attending a Seminar class with Klemmer Administrative Staff, that date is the student’s Seminar Attendance Date. There is a button in the database for the enroller to press that confirms the student’s chosen class. 

 

2.          Any modification of the Seminar Attendance Date will result in an administrative Modification Fee charged to the student, which Modification Fee shall be paid by the student before the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled. If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to an earlier date (brought forward), the student shall pay a Modification Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to a later date (postponed), the Modification Fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). If student does not pay prior to slip the enroller will get to work with the student to create a payment plan for the modification fee. The student will be made aware that their tuition has an outstanding balance that must be paid before they can attend the seminar. If they were to slip out of that class an additional fee would be placed on their account. 

 

3.          If a student does not reschedule the Seminar Attendance Date and does not appear for the class on the Seminar Attendance Date, the student shall pay a Modification Fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00).

 

4.          Modification Fees are not refundable and are not transferrable. If a student is eligible for and requests a refund in accordance with Klemmer’s Tuition Refund Policy after paying a Modification Fee, no part of the Modification Fee will be refunded nor transferred to any other student’s account.

 

5.          Modification Fees are applicable to any rescheduling of Seminar Attendance Dates regardless of whether the student has paid tuition in full, is on a payment plan, or has paid an initial deposit.

 

6.          If a student does not confirm a Seminar Attendance Date with Klemmer Administrative Staff telephonically within 30 days of the close of their class 1 of 2 actions will be taken. If there is a class listed on their enrollment form they will be marked as committed to that class and the button is activated in terms of their modification fee process. If the class date of what they placed on their form has already passed than the student will be moved into the unassigned folder and the button will be clicked beginning the tracking of their modification fee process. When a student is placed in “Unassigned” status for a current calendar year they will be notified when dates are established for the next calendar year, the student will be notified by Klemmer in writing via email of those dates. 

 

7.          Modification Fee Waiver. A student may reschedule a Seminar Attendance Date for ALS, HOS, and SC once per each of those three seminar levels without incurring the Modification Fee for a total of three Modification Fee Waivers. Modification Fee Waivers shall not be consolidated or used more than once per seminar level (ALS, HOS, SC). Modification Fee Waivers are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable. Klemmer Kash points may not be used to pay a Modification Fee.

 

8.          If a Modification Fee or a Modification Fee Waiver is applied and a student wishes to reschedule the Seminar Attendance Date back to the original Seminar Attendance Date after the rescheduled date is confirmed, the student will be charged the applicable Modification Fee.

 

9.          Modification Fees shall only be applied to ALS, HOS, and SC enrollments after January 1, 2023 and shall not be retroactively applied.

 

10.       By signing the Seminar enrollment form or completing the on-line Seminar enrollment, the student acknowledges and accepts this Seminar Class Rescheduling Policy 

COVID-19 POLICY

You are enrolling to attend a Klemmer seminar or event. In doing so you are not obligated to attend the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling at a specific location, on a specific date, or in a specific format when other dates, locations, and formats are available. All Klemmer seminar events are offered multiple times throughout each year and most are offered in multiple locations. There is no time limit or expiration date on your enrollment and once paid-in-full, your tuition will never be increased. Klemmer makes no guaranty or warranty that the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling will be held at a specific location, on a specific date, or in a specific format. Klemmer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or reformat all Klemmer seminars and events as Klemmer deems necessary with little or no notice. You agree that the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or reformatting of the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling shall not be a breach of your enrollment agreement or contract with Klemmer. You acknowledge that a worldwide pandemic has impacted the United States resulting in federal, state, and local governments limiting gatherings of people, including Klemmer seminars and events. These limitations are announced and changed with little or no notice. Klemmer will provide alternative dates and locations when available and as practicable. Klemmer may also hold the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling in an alternative format such as a virtual/online medium instead of on-site. By signing this form, you agree that in the event of any act, order, rule, regulation, or law of any government entity or any act of God, commercial impracticability, or force majeure event including without limitation, natural disasters, states of emergency, war, terrorist attacks, viruses, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, work stoppages, curfew, venue closures, lack of enrollment, uprisings, insurrections, riots, protests, civil unrest, martial law, or other obstructions (“Events”) resulting in the cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or reformatting of the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling that you are not on the basis of such Events entitled to the recovery of any economic loss nor are you eligible for a refund of the tuition or admission fee paid by you for the Klemmer seminar or event in which you are enrolling.

GIVERS MARKETPLACE POLICY

As a subscriber in the Giver’s Marketplace I understand that I am able to post about my business on my profile feed and invite members to view my marketplace listing. I agree NOT to place mass advertisements on the Klemmer Community feed. Also, I understand that I will be charged a one time fee of $50 for my listing (unless you have already paid this one time fee). At any time in which I am not current with payment for my listing I understand that my listing is subject to being blocked or deleted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are generally shipped within two business days of purchase. Shipping costs are displaying in the shopping cart at the time of the order.

Samurai Camp Coaching + KCA Plan Policy

These terms and conditions must be read and fully committed to before enrollment. The Klemmer Coaching Academy is a professional training program – for this reason once you make the decision to enroll – you are committing to the certification and training program.


Tuition/Refund Policy:

*$1500 initial payment consists of $1000 initial payment for Samurai Camp and $500 initial payment for KCA. Initial payments are non-refundable and non-transferable Sam Camp Tuition/refund policy: The initial $1,500.00 of the combined Samurai Camp Coaching (“SCC”) and Klemmer Coaching Academy (“KCA”) tuition is non-refundable upon receipt. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 15 business days of the date of any offered discount to be eligible for the discount after which the full tuition applies. Tuition must be paid in full before your first SCC session begins. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made or once you have begun your first SCC session, whichever is first to occur. SCC consists of 12 personal coaching sessions along with email communication from your coach and runs for 90 calendar days from the date of your first scheduled session irrespective of cancellation or rescheduling. Your SCC sessions must be complete within 180 calendar days of the date of your initial payment. If you do not begin your SCC sessions within 90 calendar days of your initial payment, the availability of your requested coach is not guaranteed. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the Coaching Department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law.If you receive a refund for your SCC tuition, any discounted price for KCA will be forfeited and you must pay full tuition for KCA in effect at the time of your enrollment. If you have already begun KCA when you request a refund for SCC, you are authorizing Klemmer to retain the remainder of the full KCA tuition from any refund-eligible amount of your SCC tuition and, if this amount is insufficient to cover the remainder of the KCA tuition, you are immediately liable for that remainder. In the case of an unpaid balance due on full KCA tuition, you hereby authorize Klemmer to charge your credit card on file for the amount due. I understand and agree that all tuition paid for KCA non-refundable and non-transferable. The KCA course terminates 180 calendar days from the date the KCA course link has been activated.

 

Modification Fee policy for SCV: Once a student has confirmed the date that the student is attending a Seminar class with Klemmer Administrative Staff, that date is the student’s Seminar Attendance Date. A student may modify the Seminar Attendance Date one time free of charge. Any subsequent modification of the Seminar Attendance Date will result in an administrative Modification Fee charged to the student, which Modification Fee shall be paid by the student before the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled. If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to an earlier date (brought forward), the student shall pay a Modification Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to a later date (postponed), the Modification Fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).

 

KCA policies: No monies paid for this course are refundable or transferable. Students have 6 months from the day they begin the KCA to complete the course work.

Terms and Conditions:
1. I understand I am committing to paying in full as I am enrolling in an extensive coaching training and certification program and have access to intellectual property which is worth far more than I am paying.

2. This is a morally and legally binding agreement. Payments are non-refundable even if the program has not yet commenced. Once the access code has been utilized there are no refunded in part or in whole.

3. I understand that the course work is limited to a six month time period. I have full 24/7 access to the course for 6 full months and after that, if I have not completed the course/experiential learning and live coaching with real life clients for required hours, that I will not receive my certifica-tion. There will be an additional fee that can be paid of $500.00 to extend time available by 30 days.

4. I understand that I must ALREADY be a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Course (step two in K&A’s work, after Personal Mastery.) and that only if I am a graduate of ALS course, should I register for this course. I will only register for this course if I am an ALS grad. If I am not sure about my eligibility, I will ask before I enroll by emailing jenny@klemmer.com.

5. I understand that Klemmer and Associates has the right to revoke enrollment from any student who breaks solicitation policy or is in question in any way to deem them not appropriate for Klemmer Coaching Certification. This right to revoke applies to all enrollees and is determined by Klem-mer Executive Staff. The decision is final and will not be over turned. It can be based on the sole choice of K&A’s Executive Team. There does not have to be a cause at play.

6. I understand the Klemmer Coaching Academy will equip me with the tools needed to coach others in different areas of life and that upon gradua-tion and all assignments complete, I will have practiced my coaching with real life clients for a set number of hours that can be attained individually and/or through staffing K&A events.

 

7. I understand that by registering for KCA that I am committed to my own personal growth and agree to apply all I learn in my own life and there-fore be an even better coach for my clients.

 

8. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Klemmer and Associates and its teachers, facilitators, coaches, and/or any one working with Klemmer & Associates against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, expenses or costs incurred or suffered and any claim or legal proceedings brought or threatened arising out of your use of the web site, material, and or coaching sessions.

9. I understand that my success in building my business is dependent on a number of factors. I am not guaranteed by attending/completing this course that I will experience revenue simply due to my completion. I am aware that I am completely responsible for generating leads for clients, sessions, and collections of fees.

 

10. I understand while enrolled in KCA, that I accept that communication will be primarily electronic. I will have email support and access to a weekly conference call with the facilitator and other students.

 

11. I understand that I am already a coach to others simply by being in relationship, and I am now ready to become a more equipped, more effective coach for the millions yet to be reached, and for this reason I am willing to step up, commit and embrace this exciting journey.

12. I understand that all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, moral rights, design rights, trademarks, branding, logo, and patents) and all other rights in the Course content and Course materials belong to Klemmer & Associates. We license to you all such rights on a non-exclusive basis for the purpose only of enabling you to attend, participate and, where you are able, to complete the Course. You are also permitted to use small extracts of the Course content and Course materials for your personal use as a coach only. Reproduction or distribution of the Course content and Course materials is strictly prohibited. Any action taken out side of this will result in disqualification of your coaching certificate and to be put on the PUBLIC NOT AUTHORIZED LIST.

13. I understand that the use of K&A or KCA logos is strictly prohibited.

14. I understand audio and visual recordings of K&A course materials or exercises are strictly prohibited.

 

15. I acknowledge that certain information contained in the Course and Course materials is already in the public domain.

16. I understand and commit to honor the Confidentiality of this material. I will keep in strict confidence all experiences and materials disclosed to me by K&A (or its employees, agents, consultants or sub-contractors) and any other KCA Course materials which you may obtain.

17. I will not use any such information for any purpose other than to attend, participate and, where capable, complete the Course.

18. I understand Klemmer and Associates’ Data Protection. I agree that K&A may use my personal data in accordance with and subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. K&A may send me information from time to time regarding new courses and opportunities. If I do not wish to receive such information I will contact K&A at jenny@klemmer.com.

19. I understand that I may not enroll in KCA if I am not a graduate of K&A’s Advanced Leadership Seminar.

20. I have read this agreement and accept all terms and I am looking forward to becoming a Klemmer Certified Coach (Foundational Coaching Certi-fication – One Star Coach for ALS grads, Two Star Coach for Heart grads, and Three Star Coach for Sam Camp grads).

21. I will give full credit to Klemmer & Associates Inc. when utilizing its material in coaching, teaching, or sharing it’s information for the purpose of influencing people in a positive manner to help ensure their success.

22. Upon completion I will register for the Klemmer & Associates Certified Coaching Advertising Page. I understand that I can be refused for any reason the Executive Staff deems fit. If I qualify to be placed on the list I am solely responsible for the sessions and satisfaction of my clients and will not /cannot hold K&A or KCA liable in any way. I also commit to registering my signature forms with K&A to stay in good standings.

Samurai Camp Coaching Policies

These terms and conditions must be read and fully committed to before enrollment. The Klemmer Coaching Academy is a professional training program – for this reason once you make the decision to enroll – you are committing to the certification and training program.

Tuition/Refund Policy:

*$1500 initial payment consists of $1000 initial payment for Samurai Camp and $500 initial payment for KCA. Initial payments are non-refundable and non-transferable Sam Camp Tuition/refund policy: The initial $1,500.00 of the combined Samurai Camp Coaching (“SCC”) and Klemmer Coaching Academy (“KCA”) tuition is non-refundable upon receipt. All tuition is non-transferable. Tuition must be paid in full within 15 business days of the date of any offered discount to be eligible for the discount after which the full tuition applies. Tuition must be paid in full before your first SCC session begins. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made or once you have begun your first SCC session, whichever is first to occur. SCC consists of 12 personal coaching sessions along with email communication from your coach and runs for 90 calendar days from the date of your first scheduled session irrespective of cancellation or rescheduling. Your SCC sessions must be complete within 180 calendar days of the date of your initial payment. If you do not begin your SCC sessions within 90 calendar days of your initial payment, the availability of your requested coach is not guaranteed. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the Coaching Department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. If you receive a refund for your SCC tuition, any discounted price for KCA will be forfeited and you must pay full tuition for KCA in effect at the time of your enrollment. If you have already begun KCA when you request a refund for SCC, you are authorizing Klemmer to retain the remainder of the full KCA tuition from any refund eligible amount of your SCC tuition and, if this amount is insufficient to cover the remainder of the KCA tuition, you are immediately liable for that remainder. In the case of an unpaid balance due on full KCA tuition, you hereby authorize Klemmer to charge your credit card on file for the amount due. I understand and agree that all tuition paid for KCA non-refundable and non-transferable. The KCA course terminates 180 calendar days from the date the KCA course link has been activated.

Modification Fee policy for SCV:
Once a student has confirmed the date that the student is attending a Seminar class with Klemmer Administrative Staff, that date is the student’s Seminar Attendance Date. A student may modify the Seminar Attendance Date one time free of charge.

 

Any subsequent modification of the Seminar Attendance Date will result in an administrative Modification Fee charged to the student, which Modification Fee shall be paid by the student before the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled. If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to an earlier date (brought forward), the student shall pay a Modification Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If the Seminar Attendance Date is rescheduled to a later date (postponed), the Modification Fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Modification Fee policy for SCV:

No monies paid for this course are refundable or transferable. Students have 6 months from the day they begin the KCA to complete the course work.
