Champion Host Agreement

Thank you for partnering with Klemmer to create a Personal Mastery ("PM") or Quickening ("QPM").

This form shall serve as a contract between you the Champion and Klemmer & Associates. Your signature below indicates agreement to the terms and conditions herein.

1. There is a non-refundable deposit of $1500.00 required in order to book and finalize the class. If there are multiple Champions this deposit will be divided among the Champions.

2. Klemmer shall book the venues for the Personal Mastery or Quickening.

3. Klemmer shall provide the facilitator and cover their expenses.

4. Champion(s) shall work with the Klemmer office to secure enrollments at the discounted price of $495.00. No rewards points

   or additional discounts applicable on this rate.

5. Champion(s) shall participate in a Coaching/Accountability call for up to one hour, once each week the several weeks

   leading to the Personal Mastery. Failure to participate in weekly coaching calls may result in the cancellation of your

   Personal Mastery events. Failure to meet expected build goals could result in the cancellation of your event. Should the "PM" or "QPM" be canceled, the deposit will not be refunded.

6. When the "PM" or "QPM" sits 25 paid students or more, the champion(s) shall receive their initial deposit back. If more than one

   champion, each champion is required to have four and more new paid students that they enrolled personally into the

   qualifying Personal Mastery or Quickening to be eligible for the deposit reimbursement or any other incentive.

7. Champion(s) shall be present to staff at your Personal Mastery or Quickening class and will support the facilitator including introducing the facilitator at the "PM" or "QPM".

8. Champion(s) agree that any personal contact information collected on potential attendees will only be used for the purpose

   of building the Klemmer "PM" or "QPM"

   
   

I agree to the terms and conditions outlined above regarding the hosting of a Personal Mastery.

Electronic Signature Authorization:

By applying my electronic signature to this agreement, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent of my

handwritten signature on paper. I will not, at any future time, claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding or enforceable. By electronically signing and submitting this agreement, I 1) acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of the agreement; 2) voluntarily agree to be bound by this agreement; and 3) certify that I am 18 years of age or older. My signature applies to all pages of this contract.
