Discover Klemmer’s Heart of the Samurai training. A transformative leadership journey that blends courage, compassion, and commitment. Explore how this advanced training helps you break through limitations and live with purpose. Heart of the Samurai It's time to restore your purpose, energy and passion for life. Upcoming Dates 5 Themes of Heart The third phase of your Klemmer journey and training is dedicated to instilling effective belief systems that can significantly propel your life forward. Following the removal of destructive lifelong beliefs in the Advanced Leadership course, the emphasis shifts towards adopting productive, beneficial, and supportive beliefs. In the Heart of the Samurai course, you'll cultivate new beliefs that empower you to build a life characterized by joy, fulfillment, and success. During this phase, you'll have the chance to break free from limiting beliefs, particularly those related to scarcity, especially concerning money. You will experience yourself in action as you create new belief systems. You'll acquire the ability to embrace an abundance mindset as the guiding perspective in your life. There is more than enough money, resources, business, and prospects for everyone, including you. Imagine living with that belief. What results would you create? At Heart of the Samurai, we will explore 5 themes that will open up your heart to all that life has to offer. Since the beginning of Klemmer, we have been focused on maximizing our outreach for upcoming leaders and people looking to improve how they lead. What we didn't realize is without a home base, the momentum was hard to keep up. From storage garage to storage garage, we would store all of our equipment in various areas to help support our upcoming events. Surrender: The ceasing of resistance. When you experience surrender at your core, you'll gain back, the energy you need to be in solution toward the life of your dreams. Gain more freedom joy as a result of your ability to choose the surrender. Contribution: A universal law and truth that as you give, you receive back tenfold. When you choose to see things, not just as yourself, but really as the world at large you expand your consciousness past one-for-one giving and into ripple effect of giving. Embracing an Abundant Mindset: Abundance will manifest in your mind before it will ever manifest in your reality in your life. This is not just about financial abundance, though that is certainly one component. Abundance reveals itself in time, resources, love and worth. It's about cultivating the true belief you are more than enough and you have more than enough. It's not a zero sum game. It is really about the bigger picture. And when you embrace that as a reality and a mindset shift in your life, results will begin to manifest everywhere. Joy of Commitment: This is not about just being committed. It is about making extraordinary agreements and keeping them. We know at this point you've been to the Advanced Course, you know what commitment means, but it's really about the joy of commitment. If you're gonna be committed, why not choose joy? The joy of commitment is all about responsibility, in a beautiful way. I get to, I don't have to. I choose to, and it's a privilege. When we come from that place of joy in our commitments, everything begins to shift because nothing comes into being without a commitment. Purpose: Our last theme is purpose and I don't know of a better place on the planet for you to discover and raise your purpose. There are multiple exercises designed for you to uncover the purpose that has always been living inside of you. It's not about you designing a purpose. It's about discovering the purpose that was already planted within you - long ago. Your divine reason for being! You will have several experiences that help you to really see the why and the what of your unique design and life. Shop PM Sunglasses from Klemmer. Discover official Klemmer merchandise designed to represent personal mastery, leadership, growth, and community. Discover your "sunglasses". The 99% rule. Are You Truly in Control of Your Choices? We are going to suggest that 99% of the decisions you think you are making, you are not actually making. Think about it. Take an honest look. Have you ever done something you didn't want to do? Have you ever said you WEREN'T going to do something, and then did it anyway? Have you ever done something and didn't even realize you did it until after it was done? Why do you think that happens? We are going to suggest it is because every decision you make is based on a subconscious belief system that you may or may not be aware is there. At Klemmer, we refer to subconscious beliefs as 'sunglasses'. Your sunglasses dictate the way you see the world and shape your reality. Subconscious belief systems are simply ideas that you buy as reality and then operate accordingly. They may or may not be true, yet you operate as if they are true. This is why how-to's by themselves are not enough to create lasting change. What you need is transformation, not motivation. When it comes to making a large amount of change in a short period of time, how-to's by themselves are not enough. Why? It's simple - people don't do what they are told. Everyone knows how to lose weight. The how-to's have been well documented: eat less, workout more...this is not rocket science. Yet, the vast majority of people don't do what they know will work. Why? There is a belief system they have in their heart that is preventing them from doing the behavior that they KNOW would serve them. THAT is why we created Personal Mastery. At Personal Mastery we work with you to uncover your own belief systems (aka sunglasses ) that you don't realize are there. The sunglasses you know about already are not the ones that are tripping you up. It's the stuff that you don't realize is there that is holding you back from the life you say you want. At Personal Mastery we help you uncover the subconscious belief systems that are running you. Life costs a high tuition. Upcoming Trainings Benefits of Personal Mastery There is a high price to pay for learning a lesson in life. Business owners, think of a time you learned a lesson the hard way. It was expensive. Experiential learning in a training setting gives you the same lesson, without the high price life charges to get it. We provide a safe space for you to have experiences of yourself in action so that you can take an honest look at how you actually think at a heart level. Not how you think you think... how you actually think based on results. How to discover your sunglasses: Notice your feelings and behaviors. Work backwards to discover the thinking that is driving your behavior. Now you are having a revelation! The beautiful part about a revelation is it demands a response from you. Once you respond to the revelation you can create a large amount of change in a short period of time. PM Testimonials All Categories Play Video Play Video 01:42 Kelley F.
