This organization's goal is to redeem a generation of young adults who have aged out of the foster system. Aged-out kids (AOKs) need a support system that provides them a sense of community and preparation. We are building a strategy that will speak to every area of life for these young adults and partner them with a team of caring, vetted, and trained people in the community so they can receive the tools and backing to achieve their dreams of a successful life.
