My real estate journey started with my first home purchase at the age of 21. Eight years later, just before the 2008 crash, I sold it for a large profit. I was hooked! I spent the last several years learning everything I could about real estate and implementing it in my investment business. In 2017, I got my real estate license, effectively adding another stream of income and another service to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. I now own real estate in 4 states and added Airbnb's to my assets in 2021.

When working with me, it's like your in your own personal seminar. I rely on the Klemmer tools to invite your dreams to the surface, to visualize with you what your desired home purchase would be, and to set a solid goal for us to go for. After our discovery session, I set up a search to identify and niche down the specifics to determine things like: location, type, price range, and beds/baths. When you're ready, I connect you with a lender (if getting financing) and together, we ensure that we are looking at exactly the right homes for you and your budget.
