Tuition Policy

The initial $300.00 of your Samurai CampVirtual (“SCV”) tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable upon receipt by Klemmer. Class size may be limited and payment in full is required to reserve your seat at SCV. All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made. If you are unable to attend SCV on the date specified on this form, your fully paid tuition can be used to attend SCV at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, Attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment. Please call the SCV department at 1-800-577-5447 with any questions. Void where prohibited by law. This is a personal growth seminar. It is in no way a medical model designed to fix psychological problems. It is about you attaining the success that you desire.

Modification Fee Policy: The SCV Attendance Date entered on this form is the student’s SCV Attendance Date. The SCV Attendance Date will be confirmed by the student in consultation with Klemmer Administrative Staff or shall be automatically confirmed thirty (30) days from the date this form was submitted, whichever is the first to occur. If the confirmed SCV Attendance Date is not a specific calendar date, the SCV Attendance Date shall be confirmed as “Unassigned.” Once the SCV Attendance Date is confirmed as Unassigned or as a specific calendar date, the SCV Attendance Date may be modified (to a specific calendar date if Unassigned) one time free of charge. Any subsequent modification of the SCV Attendance Date will result in an administrative Modification Fee charged to the student, which Modification Fee shall be paid by the student before the SCV Attendance Date is rescheduled. Payment of the Modification Fee is required before a student will be admitted to SCV. If the SCV Attendance Date is rescheduled to an earlier date (brought forward), the student shall pay a Modification Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). If the SCV Attendance Date is rescheduled to a later date (postponed), the Modification Fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00).

Lodging: I understand and agree to the requirement to lodge onsite or within 6 miles of Legacy Ranch Silver Spur in Bandera, TX for the entirety of the event starting Thursday evening if you choose to attend the weekends.

In completing this enrollment I acknowledge, and agree that $300 of my tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full is required to hold my seat. I also acknowledge the modification fee structure. I have read and understand the tuition/refund policy, modification fee policy, and lodging requirement as stated on this form.
