Tariq Khamisa Foundation

Dedicated to ending youth violence. 

When Azim Khamisa's son, Tariq, was murdered by a fourteen-year-old gang member, Azim knew he had a tremendous opportunity to embrace the power of forgiveness. With the mission of ending violence among youth, the Foundation travels to schools all over the country to teach children about gang violence and how they can promote peace in the world. Klemmer raises money to bring their transformational message into schools around the country in an effort to end youth violence.

Project Mercy Baja

Dedicated to improving living standards.   

Project Mercy is a non-profit, San Diego-based organization committed to improving the quality of life for families in the poorest neighborhoods surrounding Tijuana, Mexico. Klemmer has worked in partnership with Project Mercy since 2003 to improve and provide the basic living standards and build homes for hundreds of families.

St. Vincent De Paul (Father Joe's)

Dedicated to helping the homeless.   

St. Vincent De Paul and serving the homeless is a cause that Klemmer supports with time, money and labor. Father Joe is an extraordinary individual who has devoted much of his adult life to helping the homeless. His work serves 1.2 million meals annually in San Diego that support homeless people who want to be helped and are willing to put forth an effort.
