Answers:

  1. Why should I use the Giver's Marketplace?

The Giver's Marketplace is the only way to make a business transaction with somebody you met as a result of K&A events. Any transaction made outside of the Giver's Marketplace violates the non-solicitation policy you agreed to as a Personal Mastery participant. Additionally graduates who display their businesses or charitable causes on the Marketplace donate a percentage of transactions that come through the Marketplace to Klemmer & Associates Mustard Seed Scholarship Fund. This benefits everybody by providing scholarships to deserving individuals to attend Klemmer events.

  2. What is the K&A non-solicitation policy?

The policy: Klemmer & Associates students, staff or Facilitators are NOT to solicit products, investments, or services to or from each other. If at anytime a student of K&A advertises a competing product to the graduate base legal action could be taken.

Every time you attend or staff a Klemmer seminar you stand in agreement to this policy. The Giver's Marketplace does not change this policy but does provide a safe place for grads who want to work with one another to do so.

  3. What is the process to feature my business or charitable cause on the Giver's Marketplace?

Just click the link, "Feature your business or charity" and follow the directions. You will be given the opportunity to provide information about yourself and your business/charity. Somebody from the K&A team will follow up with you to verify your eligibility and to get your posting completed. You will not be charged for your posting until you are approved.

  4. Are there any businesses that are not allowed to join the Marketplace?

Yes, any business which directly competes with Klemmer & Associates will not be allowed to post on the Marketplace. K&A also reserves the right to refuse any posting which is deemed inappropriate for the Marketplace.

  5. What if the business or charitable cause I want to make a tranaction with is not on the Marketplace?

You may suggest to the business owner or charity that they subscribe to the Giver's Marketplace. You will be considered a violation of the non-solicitation policy if you enter into any transaction with a business or charity that is not an active subscriber to the Giver's Marketplace.

  6. If I am going to work with a business or charity on an ongoing basis do I have to use the Giver's Marketplace for each transaction?

All transactions must be initiated on the Giver's Marketplace website, the only exceptions are subscription services or auto-ship situations. It will be up to the service or product provider to notify K&A of any ongoing subscription or auto-ship programs that are set up.

  7. If I subscribe to the Giver's Marketplace and create a page for my business or charity how can I get the word out about my Giver's Marketplace post?

You are not allowed to advertise or market your posting directly. This is the same thing as directly soliciting your business. The Giver's Marketplace is community driven. The more people use it and post on it the more everybody's posting will be seen. The best way to get people to your Giver's Marketplace page is to be an active member of the community and recommend the Giver's Marketplace to all the grads in your circles.
