All tuition is non-refundable after 180 calendar days of the date the initial payment is made. If you are unable to attend SW on the date specified on this form, your fully paid tuition can be used to attend SW at a future time. All requests for refunds on refund-eligible tuition must be requested in writing with proof of payment and received by our corporate offices, Attn: Accounting Department, within 180 calendar days of date of the initial payment.
