Youth Leadership Camp is a five day course specifically designed for empowering teens and helping them develop tools to create an exciting future. Exercises in this course are combined from the Personal Mastery and Advanced Leadership courses, but are tailored to speak to the hearts and minds of young adults. Your teen receives the knowledge from two adult courses in one fun-filled week with other teens preparing for their future.
At Youth Leadership Camp, your teen will discover the value of working as a team with their peers. They will learn to trust others and develop trust-worthiness in themselves. Teens will learn how resistance (to their parents, teachers, responsibilities, etc) affects a cycle of resentment in their lives. They will also have experiences that will allow them to reconcile painful experiences that have been holding them back. As in all levels of training, teens will learn about the power of belief systems, known as sunglasses, and learn to recognize and remove the belief systems that are preventing them from the life and future they want.
Our mission for your teen in Camp is:
- To transform each teens' experience of themselves so that they feel more personal responsibility and self-esteem in their lives.
- To assist teens in creating a foundation of principles and values that serve them in being more effective individuals and society members.
- To allow a place of trust and safety where teens can talk about what is important to them and identify past hurts and resentments.
- To give teens tools and techniques that will assist them in clearer communication as well as give them ways to set and accomplish personal goals.
- To create an atmosphere where teens can make friends and enjoy open and honest relationships with each other.
This course is for teens between the ages of 13 and 17. Teens that are already 18 but have not graduated from high school are still eligible for this course. Teens who have attended the seminar may return to staff the seminar for a nominal fee. Enrollment in this course is limited to 55 seats and is held at different locations during summer months.

The hardest part of camp isn't high ropes or red black game, surprisingly it's leaving.

My daughter came back a new person. She is so much of an initiator and Ms. Proactive now. She is cleaning THE ENTIRE HOUSE on her own without any prompting from mom. She is really moving into a leadership role also. She even have nerves to be a little bossy towards me - but I am loving it. Wow! What a change. Can't stop the tears from flowing down my face. Thanks again.

This camp changed my life: the people I know and the things I learned could only be learned at this camp. We have a chance to choose the meaning behind every action and reaction, and then when I got on that plane and said good-bye to those friends who were like family. I choose to feel confident and proud to know they were apart of my life, and that I am ready to learn and face any challenge.
