The greatest thing about the Klemmer and Associates work is that it shows you very clearly that the way you behave is not always the way you think you do-. Our programs have a pretty big grip on us, even if we don’t see it! The classes I attended helped me see those programs that were running my life and put me in power to make a choice. I realized that I had already every quality I was looking for.
Since attending the work, my business goals have grown from a small business exercise to a global business venture. The combination of excellent trainers, the experiential learning and the group interaction made it hard to escape and gave me every possibility to pick up the ‘battle’ and live the life I was born to live.

I think the biggest AH...HA that I created was about working and living in integrity. I have always been a person of good, high moral standards but I have to admit that I would sometimes set goals and then let myself off the hook if I didn't make them. The response was to tell myself, "I'll make it next time "and just continue on with business as usual.
After attending some of Klemmer and Associates workshops, I've learned how to raise my level of intention. This was something that always eluded me before. I put this into action right away and the results were amazing. I not only hit my goal of 200 new live contacts within a month, I passed it. The experience gave me the feeling of focus and determination unlike anything I believe I had ever experienced before.
Now I believe I can take that experience, knowing what that feels like and duplicate it in my daily and business life. My main difference will be not working from a fear of loss, but with the intention for gain.

After attending the two day training in Orlando with the Klemmer and Associates folks, we asked them to come and be a part of our Regional Event. Before coming they did a couple pre-expo conference calls with our leaders to tailor their work to our needs. Ronnie Doss, the Facilitator, presented a Champions Workshop during the second half of our event and did an excellent job connecting with the people in attendance. The new tools discussed provided not only a way for people to define their intention, but also a new way to re-evaluate their intention and do some sole searching around what they are truly committed too. My experience with Klemmer and Associates throughout the trainings that I have attended is of tremendous added value to what Nikken already provides and I would recommend their trainings.

After attending the two day Personal Mastery workshop in Orlando with the Presidents club and hearing about Nikken’s new Ignite Six program, I went home with new tools that gave me renewed clarity and excitement for my business. In six short weeks, I added three frontline people to my organization as part of my commitment and I was able to find a greater ability to coach some of my key leaders in my organization.
Also wanting to bring this training home to my team, me and the other leaders of the Tucson Rhythm event requested Klemmer and Associates come and be a part of our day. Shad Wehrli, the facilitator that came, even offered to use the training to show who was fully committed to Ignite Six or not. At the event, they did a Champions workshop in the afternoon and it was amazing. As leaders, we truly walked away knowing who was committed out of those who were there and our teams got some more amazing tools to be used. Klemmer and Associate really is a company that I believe is committed to integrity and I would recommend anyone that gets the chance to use them with their team.
