Before completing the klemmer workshops, the most my team had ever sold was close to $10,000 retail sales in 11 years of being in business. January 2007 team sales, not including mine were $6,400, February more than doubled to $13, 488, March grew to $15,717 and this last month we hit $19,914 and that does not include my own sales. I successful led my team to almost double our highest month of sales ever. I also led my team to a new record high of adding 16 new team members in 2 months. The most we have ever recruited in one month was 4. We increased our team by 350%. Not only was I highly successful, but I now know how to lead a team to reach more than we ever thought we could.
