My results have been fantastic:

I attended my first Personal Mastery, with the intention of checking it out, to see if it would benefit my Team. I did not think that I needed it, but at the end of the 2 1/2 day workshop. I was touched on such a deep level, and realized that I had work to do on my personal relationship with my husband. I had no idea how that would change my life. The results amaze me. After 30 years of marriage, we are communicating on a level that we have never experienced before. Our relationship has deepened. Our marriage was good prior to Personal Mastery, we are now working on GREAT. It feels like we are dating all over again, and we've known each other for 32 years.

In my business world: Personal Mastery was the gift, I was looking for to help my Team. Most of my Directors have experienced the workshop. What I have witnessed, a renewed commitment to taking their business to the top. And an understanding on each individuals part of what was holding them back personally from the Success they desired. Our Executive Team is stronger, focused, and more cohesive, in working together to achieve our Dreams.

My personal results: My leadership levels are up from V.I.P. through D.I.Q, over last year. But in the 90 days since our PM we had added 7 new VIP 2 new Unit Manager, and 1 D.I.Q

My Unit Sales totals , jumped over $19,400. in June, and over 27,115.23 in July, over last year, two months after PM.

Have I seen results yes I have, but I am more excited about the results that I know will come, as we take action and put to work the tools we've gained in our classes.

I hardly know where to begin. Personal Mastery has changed both my business
and my relationship. I have more work to do, but my life is already turned
course.
A group activity that we did at Personal Mastery COMPLETELY changed that
idea for me. Life, love, and business are about finding WIN-WIN solutions.
I immediately began doing some activities that I knew I needed to do to be
successful, but hadn't done consistently. And I had a completely different
perspective. My commission check had ranged in the hundreds in the months
prior to Personal Mastery and now ranges from $1800-$2600/month. My team is
growing and I think I have shared with then the Win-Win attitude, as well as
the concept of abundance. When you believe that God has abundance for
everyone of His children, you see win-win solutions in plenty.

I am happier and am dealing more effectively in my personal relationships and my business life. Just for the internal peace for me, this was worth it a million times over. Looking at my business there is a very positive reward, too. In August my team set a recruiting all time high (13) and a sales high ($18,507) and we will better both of those in September. My team now has 78 active consultants (the most ever in the 26 months of my team) and growing daily. The proof is in the results. No one can argue with the numbers. My experience with Personal Mastery was such an eye-opener! I learned so
much about myself and how I communicate and interact with others, especially
my children. Those who are closest to me can tell you that they have seen
such a difference in me. I have grown to be a better Christian, wife,
mother, businesswoman, and friend. My husband and I have both attended
Personal Mastery and it has improved our marriage 100% because now we are on
the same page. Also, I just had my biggest commission check ever and my team
has gone from having 8 VIP level consultants to 16 VIP level consultants in
five months!
