I went to 2nd level of leadership training with K&A just over a year ago (Team 82). Who I have become since that five day event has been a journey that has profoundly influenced my entire life. Before that, I was selling a few essential oils to a few clients with no income to speak of. I feel that what I experienced at that event was exactly what I needed in order to achieve my goals. I learned that I am a very effective leader, however, I was lacking a few key characteristics. One was commitment and the other was integrity. Stepping into these two characteristics I have taken on more in my life than I have in the past five years. Starting in January, 2007, I had not one Business Builder in my organization, and now I have twenty seven. I am on my way to being financially free and being the kind of person it takes to make a positive impact on this world. I have also released twenty five unwanted pounds and have sponsored several successful K&A events in my city, as I want to pass along this amazing work to the rest of the world.
