Designed specifically to meet the needs of the Christian community, The Quickening is a two and one-half day experience which explores the Biblical principles of leadership and Christian growth. Experiential and interactive in format, The Quickening allows you to explore your own personal belief systems around faith, commitment, leadership, and contribution. Through a series of games and exercises, you'll discover how your thinking affects your feelings, behaviors, and your relationship with God. Each concept is grounded and documented in the Scriptures of the Holy Bible. The Quickening provides an opportunity to promote leadership, growth, and abundance within your church, your business, your community, and your home. The objective is to experience more of God's fullness in your everyday life and to truly make a difference in the lives of others. The Quickening Seminar Details:

The Quickening is a two and one half day leadership training offered Thursday, Friday and Saturday or Friday, Saturday, Sunday at the discretion of the host. Breaks are given approximately every two hours- two and one half hours.

Day 1 : 6PM-Midnight

Explore the subconscious belief systems, or paradigms, that prevent you from experiencing the abundant life Jesus talks about in John 10:10. The K & A facilitator does not teach or attempt to change those in the seminar. Rather, the facilitator assists and supports you in searching for and discovering your belief systems through a variety of interactive exercises. The revelation process of the seminar is the most valuable aspect of the training as you begin to see options and opportunities you never saw before. This cannot be done with books and CDs. It is not learning but discovery. On the first day you'll discover "connection technique" which dramatically increases effectiveness and intimacy in relationship. You'll also discover your own communication style and how you are heard by others. Discover options for communication which encourage cooperation and specific results, rather than stress and strife. This instantly increases effectiveness at work and home.

Day 2 : 9AM-8PM

Today is about exercising your faith and producing results regardless of the circumstances. Oftentimes circumstances and obstacles are used as excuses for not taking on leadership in our Christian walk. Today is an opportunity to put your faith to work, after all "If God is for us who can be against us?" Romans 8:31. That's powerful! This is a unique paradigm that differs from 95% of humanity. Techniques explored on Day 2 include: Dealing with resentment... acknowledging resentment without giving it control over your life. Forgiving and accepting forgiveness. Taking action to flattening out the feelings of pain and anger associated with resentment. Living as a Victor vs. a Victim: Stepping boldly into your leadership as a person of integrity. Giving up the need to blame others and taking control of your life in a powerful way. This technique provides a renewed sense of self-esteem, confidence, and opportunity. Faith followed by works: Experience a technique that guarantees results. This is about putting your stake in the ground, following through and taking action to create results. (Philippians 3:13-14). Enhance your own Personal Power: Discover and use the power God's given you to trust yourself in making decisions, to take risks, to honor yourself and others through your actions. The result is often more opportunity, respect, and an overall sense of well-being. Day 2 ends with a reality test... This is so life-changing, most graduates say they would pay ten times the cost of the seminar for this one exercise.

Day 3 9:30AM-7PM

Explore your beliefs around love. What does it mean to "love your neighbor as yourself. " Mark 12:31? Day 3 includes exploration around : Results of your reality test: What did you discover about you and how are you going to adjust to create greater results in your life? Love Dyad: this is a wonderful opportunity to experience more openness, support, and double your capacity to love. Contribution: What's next for you? As a Christian and as a leader, what is the greater contribution you would like to make to your business, you home, and your community. Bust up Procrastination: Many people wait for a better time, a better opportunity, when they have more money or more time to do what they really want to do in life. On Day 3 you will have an opportunity to explore what holds you back and take action on the things that are truly important to you. No more excuses, no more reasons... only results. The Christian life is exciting and urgent. What would God have you do today?

The Quickening is a Christian Leadership Training Seminar. It is not intended to replace your own personal Bible Study, your involvement with your church or small groups. On the contrary, it is a vehicle to discovering more about who God designed you to be and living a life of purpose within your community in accordance with Biblical principles. Specific church doctrine is not discussed or debated. This is an opportunity for brothers and sisters in Christ to support each other in taking on leadership in their communities for the Glory of God. This training has been designed with the Christian in mind and will be facilitated by a Christian facilitator. The Quickening is held in churches and hotel locations around the world. These seminars are offered by an influential person in the community and consist of 50-200 first time participants. Special discounts are available for churches and groups of 50 or more.
